The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

You may purchase courses from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Sojourner Douglass College Weekend Program reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Refund, Cancellation and Transfers Policy.
1. There is a $25 fee to transfer a paid registration from one weekend course to another.
2. There is a fee of $25 to cancel a paid registration one month prior to the registered weekend.
3. There is a $75 fee to cancel a registration less than 30 days up to 10 days prior to the registered weekend.
4. There will be no refunds if registration is canceled within 10 days of the weekend course.
5. There is a fee of $10 to transfer a name for a paid registration
6. There will be a fee adjustment to change the second weekend of a two weekend program registration.
7. There will be no refunds for students who exhibit unacceptable behavior and are removed or dismissed from classes.
To request a refund or to cancel a course send an email to info@weekendprogram.org. Please include course name and date, student name and email address. We can not accept cancellations over the phone or messages left on voice mail.
